Race course
The 450-meter race is a straight course that takes place in the Superior Bay off Barkers Island in Superior, Wisconsin. The water between the island and the mainland provides an ideal venue for the race, and historic Barker’s Island is a terrific staging area, providing ample space for spectators and all the activities associated with the Festival. Heats take place completely in view and in quick succession, making the event perfect for children and families ready for action. See you there!
